Delivery and payment

1. General provisions

1.1. The terms of delivery and payment apply to all orders placed on the website https://millor.com.ua/.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with these terms and agrees with them, as well as with the terms of the Public Offer.

2. Delivery methods

2.1. Delivery of goods is carried out throughout Ukraine and, if possible, beyond its borders using delivery services available when placing an order on the Site, in particular:

  1. «Nova Poshta»;
  2. «Ukrposhta»;
  3. «Meest»;
  4. other carriers available when placing an order.

2.2. Delivery is carried out to the carrier's office or to the Buyer's address in accordance with the selected delivery method.

3. Delivery times

3.1. The order is sent within the terms specified in the Public Offer or notified to the Buyer when placing an order.

3.2. The delivery time depends on the selected carrier and its operating conditions.

3.3. The Company is not responsible for delivery times after the goods are handed over to the carrier.

4. Delivery cost

4.1. The delivery cost is determined in accordance with the tariffs of the selected carrier and is communicated to the Buyer when placing the order.

4.2. Payment for delivery is made by the Buyer, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Site or in the terms of the promotion.

5. Transfer of risks

5.1. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

5.2. From the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier, the relevant carrier is responsible for delivery.

6. Payment methods

6.1. Payment for the order is made by the methods available when placing an order on the Site, in particular:

  1. online payment by bank card through payment systems;
  2. postpay (cash on delivery);
  3. other methods available on the Site.

6.2. If cash on delivery is selected, the Buyer additionally pays the carrier's commission in accordance with its tariffs.

7. Order confirmation

7.1. After placing the order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by the appropriate means of communication.

7.2. The Company has the right to clarify the details of the order before sending it.

8. Additionally

8.1. The terms of delivery and payment may be specified or changed in accordance with the Public Offer and information posted on the Site.

8.2. In case of discrepancies between this page and the Public Offer, the terms of the Public Offer shall apply.
