RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. General provisions

1.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. The terms of this section apply to all goods purchased on the website https://millor.com.ua/.

2. Goods that are not subject to return

2.1. Dietary supplements (food products) of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2.2. Such goods may be returned only in the case of:

  1. receipt of goods of improper quality;
  2. receipt of goods that do not correspond to the order.

3. Return of goods of proper quality

3.1. Other goods (that are not dietary supplements) can be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

3.2. A return is possible provided that:

  1. the goods have not been used;
  2. the presentation and consumer properties have been preserved;
  3. the packaging has been preserved;
  4. a document confirming the purchase is available.

4. Goods of improper quality

4.1. In the event of receiving goods of improper quality, the Buyer has the right:

  1. to replace the goods;
  2. to refund the money.

4.2. The Company has the right to check the quality of the goods before making a decision on return or replacement.

5. Return costs

5.1. Return of goods of proper quality is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

5.2. In the event of return of goods of improper quality, the delivery costs are compensated by the Company.

6. Refund

6.1. Refund is carried out after receipt and inspection of the goods.

6.2. Refund is carried out in the same way as payment was made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

6.3. Refund period — up to 10 (ten) business days from the date of confirmation of the return.

7. Procedure for processing a return

7.1. To process a return, the Buyer must contact the support service:

7.2. The request must include:

  1. order number;
  2. reason for return;
  3. contact details.

8. Additionally

8.1. The terms of return may be changed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
